About Me

I am a licensed Physical Therapist, working 32 years treating patients with chronic pain, vestibular and balance dysfunction, pelvis, and pelvic floor dysfunction, and complex conditions.  I provide direct care as well as consultations for patients  with complex needs that do not respond well to more traditional physical therapy.

My passion is growing my skills and then using my skills to change lives. I believe that whether your identify as a grandmother or an athlete, or both, the same principles apply.  We all want our bodies to move with confidence.  Fear of movement, fear of injury robs us of joy.  .We all want to focus on the things that matter.
